Ursula has made invaluable contributions to our team. With her extensive qualifications in the Beauty & Nutrition Industry, NVQ levels 3 and 4, counselling, and business administration, Ursula has been an integral part of our success. Her expertise and dedication have helped us to achieve our goals and serve our clients with excellence.

Alan has been a trainer within the industry for multiple years. He is the owner of Bloom Aesthetics Training Academy and is passionate about giving students the knowledge and support they need to excel within their career.
BSC (Hons) Biological Sciences: Alexandria Walker
Science Teacher and Learning Leader, she also has a passion for Fitness, Health & Beauty. The scientific community today is now starting to recognise the importance that natural therapies play in maintaining good health and well-being. Alex says "I am happy to be a member of the IPHM accreditation board, and happy to offer support to our members when required". With a scientific background I feel I have a lot to offer in support of both IPHM and for all the members.
Aesthetics Advisor: Emily Smith
Emily holds a Bachelors degree with honours in adult nursing. She has many years experience of perfecting injection techniques. Emily is a well established and accredited aesthetic practitioner trained to cpd standard in advanced medical and non surgical cosmetic procedures. Emily is also the founder of her own aesthetic brand and company which now covers all areas of the UK training students to the same high standard as herself.
Emily is thrilled and honoured to be able to give evidence based advise that will allow safe practices within IPHM members.
